Darkroom door

Darkroom Door designs, manufactures and distributes quality art rubber stamps and photographic paper craft products
suitable for card making, scrapbooking, invitations, mixed media, collage and altered art.

Darkroom Door was founded in 2007 by professional photographer Rachel Greig and graphic designer Stewart Yule. While traveling throughout Europe in their blue Kombi van Stewart and Rachel brainstormed an idea that would combine their love of art, design and photography into a range of art rubber stamps and paper products for the stamping and paper craft industry. From humble beginnings in Rachel's photography studio, Darkroom Door moved it's headquarters in 2009 to a larger studio and warehouse where they design, manufacture and distribute Darkroom Door products within Australia and export to more than 18 countries worldwide.

Darkroom Door continues to be a thriving business that pushes the boundaries of photographic design in art rubber stamps. Darkroom Door is committed to providing quality products and continues to inspire stampers and artists worldwide.

April mood board with the recycle something as the theme.

Carol

I created a Mixed Media Girl canvas with some recycled materials: Bricks from Prima flower packaging, the Denim fabric from my boy's old jeans, the Button & String Closure from a spoiled paper folder, clockface from an old watch and Chipboard Hearts from chipboard negatives.

I recycled the PET bottle and made a transparent book album.
The album cover was made of transparent plastic, and the zipper was recycled.
I had a spring feeling in a transparent book album.

I recycled the small piece of webbing from the tangerines from my fridge... netting is a great accent for any beach projects.

Be sure to play along with us, link and share with us so we can view and comment on your project.
Thanks for visiting today.. and see you again soon.
